For producy returns, you will need to talk to the vendor you have chosen to purchase from (Heatershop, YESSS Electrical or KEW Electrical).  BuyRointe only act as the listing website for Rointe UK products. The vendors listed above will facilitate the processing and delivery of your order.

Unfortunately, no. You will not be able to change your delivery address after your order has been accepted. If you need help, you need to contact the vendor you chose when you placed your order (Heatershop, YESSS Electrical or KEW Electrical).

Change Password
If you wish to change your password you can do this online by signing into My Account with your current password.
Once you have logged in please click on ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’ tab on the right hand side of the screen. From here you will first be asked to enter your current password and then you can enter and confirm your new password.
Forgotten Password
Please note that you will need to know your existing password before you can amend these details.
If you do not know your current password you will need to reset it from the ‘My Account’ screen. Please click on ‘Lost your password?’. From here you can reset your password.
You will need to log out to access the lost password section.
You will then receive an e-mail containing a temporary password. You can then click the link to reset your password.

It’s easy to find what you’re looking for on BuyRointe. You can browse through any of our products by using the main menu at the top of the page.
Simply roll your mouse over a product type and click the one you want to view. A list of available products will then appear and you can browse through or filter to find something specific.

You can also search for a product by typing into the search bar at the top right of the page.

Alternatively, go to to see a list of product categories (for example, radiators), click the one you want and all products in that category will appear.

If you’d like to leave a review on a product simply:
1. Find the products you’d like to review.
2. Scroll down until you can see the “Reviews” tab (normally underneath the “ADD TO BASKET” button).
3. Add a rating (1 to 5), write your review and submit. Your review is now live!

Alternatively, you can leave a review on our Feefo page. It’s a trusted external review site with real reviews from real people.

Lot20 of the ECODESIGN directive concerns local space heaters (like ours), including those with solid fuel. It states that from 1st January 2018, all local space heaters that consume energy (electricity, gas or liquid) with a nominal heat output equal to or greater than 250W, must comply with a minimum energy efficiency standard.
